B O T T L I N G When the wines have reached a satisfying development sufficiently, they are ready for bottling. Entirely made on the property, the bottling is an operation which needs great care and sophisticated equipment. The bottling is carried out automatically and rigourously controlled and supervised. For the magnums (1.5 l), jeroboams (3 l), mathusalems (6.2 l), the bottling is by hand. Then, these bottles are sealed withe the seal of our Domaine (a roman gladiator).
