Recommended for aperitif on its own or with blackberry cream. During a light meal, Beaujolais Villages is pleasantly served with salads, charcuterie, fish, seafood, barbecue and cheese.
Clear, deep ruby red colour with hints of violet. Wonderful aromas of fresh fruits. Light and well structured, with a hint of pepper.
Can be kept from 2 to 8 years (or more), depending of storage conditions.
This wine has been produced by Gérard Brisson, wine-grower and oenologist.

Situation : Mid-slope. Facing southwest.
Vine-variety : 100% Gamay noir à jus blanc.
Local soil : sand, sandstone, light soils.
Culture : The vines are cultivated with thoughtful and environmentally conscious management.
Harvesting : Grapes picked and sorted by hand.
Wine-making : Regular control of fermentation temperatures to obtain maximum fruit flavours.
Maturation : In tanks.
Bottling : Estate bottled by the proprietors. |
