Cuvée "Noble Tradition" is served with red meat, venison, game birds, spicy dishes and matured cheese.
Splendid ruby colour. Fine tannins. Long on the palate with an exquisite finish of vanilla and spices. The secondary aromas develop morello cherries and wood smoke.
Can be kept from 8 to 15 years , or more, depending on storage conditions.

Local soil : Decomposed granite with veins of manganese.

Wine-making : Regular control of fermentation temperatures to obtain maximum fruit flavours.
Maturation : From 8 to 10 months in oak barrels aged from 1 to 8 years.
